- Follow any best practices, guidelines, requirements of the privacy and insurance policy applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates
- Comply to any Insurance rules, laws & regulations applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates
- Comply to any Data (storage, flow, ownership) protection act, laws & regulations applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates

1. Scope of My Insurer
1.1. MY INSURER is a customer relationship management tool that provides a network of registered and authorized insurance intermediaries a platform to manage their customers online according to the law and regulation of the country they operate.
1.2. MY INSURER does not sell insurance directly or advise directly for insurance products.
1.3. MY INSURER acts as customer relationship management tool between authorized and licensed insurance individual intermediaries and their customers/prospects online and via a mobile application.
1.4. All Registered Users as Relationship Manager under MY INSURER have agreed to comply to the rules and regulations applicable to the country is operates on the day of registration by endorsing the Term & Conditions for Registered Users as Relationship Manager

4.1. We shall not be liable for any voluntary violation of the insurance act, law or regulation by any of licensed or authorized individual agents registered into www.my-insurer.net
4.2. We shall not be liable for any violation of the insurance act, law or regulation by any of individual agents registered into MY INSURER due to any voluntary or involuntary change of its status that does make compliant to the rule and regulation
4.3. We shall not be liable for any violation of the insurance act, law or regulation by any of individual Relationship Manager still registered into MY INSURER and operating as an Relationship Manager while not authorized or licensed under the rule and regulation applicable into his country.
