We have a Data Protection team in charge of monitoring the activity of the platform very day.

- new data keyed in (source, access)

- data edition (access, impact, communication)

- data deletion (origination)

- Access to platform in line with Terms & Policies.


Our Data Management committee consists in the company management and reviews at every release or on monthly basis the data monitoring protocol that includes:            

  • increase of hosting capacity,        

  • additional/change of data content,

  • additional / change of data source,        

  • request, complain, issue from users or client

  • number of notification, email receive and sent to Admin,        

  • number of tickets raise, closed through Freshdesk        

  • type of response and mitigation

  • lesson learn and road map of additional development or change request consequence of learn.
