- Follow any best practices, guidelines, requirements of the privacy and insurance policy applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates
- Comply to any Insurance rules, laws & regulations applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates
- Comply to any Data (storage, flow, ownership) protection act, laws & regulations applicable in any countries where MY INSURER operates

All data are input under the assessment of the users as stated in our T&Cs.
At any time, the users (owners of the data) may edit, delete or add data to adjust its profile.
At anytime the user can escalate and request to have a view of his entire profile from agent perspective. The user can also request to remove the data or delete its profile.
Data are input by users or his account manager only. Data are input according to opt-in consent rather than opt-out approach. At any time the user knows the data available.
At any time, the user may request to delete part or all his data. To do so, the user will need to contact his account manager or write to data@my-insurer.net and define its request.
We have a strict and rigorous governance in place organized through different level. We use the format suggested by pdpc to be in line with Singapore compliance.
