An ENTERPRISE (previously known as Super-Agent) account enables to administrate Wellnex accounts (previously known as Account Managers) in the group that these single accounts are attached to:
- Add or remove Wellnex account managers
- Configure the access of Wellnex Account Managers to menu modules, tabs and action buttons
- Manage productivity of account managers parked under the Entreprise account
- Publish news and promotions to the ecosystem
Specifics For Insurance users:
- Create a policyholder or a prospect
- Allocate the policyholder or prospect to one or more Wellnex account managers
- Create a policy / Allocate the policy
- Create and modify renewals, quotations
- View account of a specific Wellnex account manager
- Delete policy / document (sent by client) / renewal / Quotation / Quote Received
