WELLNEX is not a lead generation tool. It does not fall under the restriction guided by the  MAS FAA-N02 that prohibits a Financial Advisory firm from appointing corporates if introducing is their latter’s sole business activity.
WELLNEX is a software that allows anyone including Financial Advisors to create its community and reward or support any Clients, prospects including leads by providing access to reliable and affordable Healthcare program & Fitness activities.
WELLNEX nor its mother company MY INSURER PTE LTD provide directly or indirectly, commercialise, sell or facilitate through commercial activities the collection of data to anyone including Financial Advisors.  
WELLNEX nor its mother company MY INSURER PTE LTD are not introducing directly or indirectly to anyone including Financial Advisors any member of its community.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client including the Financial Advisor to invite his customer, leads or prospect to become a member of WELLNEX. Any data collected, its flow, usage, storage, ownership and management fall into the strict compliance of the PDPA.

WELLNEX and its mother company MY INSURER PTE LTD are not only aware but also fully support the requirement expressed and defined by the relevant regulatory Insurance institution that includes  MAS, SCI, PDPC, LIA & GIA and any government run bodies that will protect the interest of the Singaporean and ensure that we all build a better Lifestyle environment for all!
