If you wonder how to perform a task in the Wellnex mobile app or in the CRM or if you are experiencing some issue, you can probably find the answer by using our readily available online tools:
- You can use the Help icon that is present on the CRM screens to find answers to FAQs or to open a helpdesk ticket
- in the CRM, you can go to the Settings and find the link to the online training material
- in the mobile app, in menu More, you can find the FAQs
The FAQs will provide answers and the extensive online training material covers all the modules and features.
