YOU WILL RECEIVE COMMUNICATION OF A FINANCIAL ADVISOR ONLY IF YOU ARE ATTACHED TO SUCH FINANCIAL ADVISOR AS SUCH ONLY IF YOU HAVE AGREED TO BE CONTACTED WHICH INCLUDES RECEIVING HIS/HER COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION AND OFFERS: 
- A member of WELLNEX can only join if it has been referred by a Sponsor (Financial Advisor, Merchants, Clinics) and has followed the journey given by such sponsor,
- A member can only be attached by someone that referred him/her (Sponsor), or
- A member can only add someone in its community if it wants to (exactly like Facebook/Linkedin or any other social network)
- At anytime, a member can remove the sponsor should he/she wants to stop receiving promotions, offers, communication (exactly like Facebook/Linkedin or any other social network),
- Should a member remove the sponsor, all data (& history) pertaining to this member will not be available to the sponsor anymore
As such, the consent of being contacted/advised or to receive promotion from the referrer or anyone that is part of the community cannot be challenged or argued by the member itself (exactly like in Facebook or any social network), as he agrees to be invited by such referrer, he agrees to add someone in his community, he can decline, remove or delete at anytime anyone (and all data will be deleted).
