One of a lead, or client may receive an email from the Wellnex Team or Wellnex Concierge because such person has been referred by sponsor as defined in our Terms & Conditions and relevant data has been passed to the Wellnex platform to allow such person to receive this email. 


As per Wellnex Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, it reserves the right to send from time to time an email to:

  1.  Its active members with regards to marketing promotions in line with the purpose and the scope of Wellnex (healthcare, lifestyle and wellness services and benefits at affordable price), and 
  2. Its entire database with regards to:
    1. Health campaign awareness, 
    2. Change in Wellnex T&Cs, 
    3. Invitation to become an active member, or 
    4. To be removed from the data base 


Wellnex Team will not send to person attached to Wellnex through its data any unsolicited email.


At anytime, a person can withdraw from receiving any email from Wellnex Team, Merchants and its Sponsors by:

  1. Going into the app and opt out for email notification,
  2. Send an email to Admin@wellnex-singapore to request to be opted-out for email notification
