Taking into consideration that:

  • MY INSURER is a duly registered company providing to licensed Financial Advisors with advanced workflow software
  • MY INSURER agrees and complies to the data policy, usage, flow, management, access and Term and conditions of MY INSURER and its members (THE MEMBER)
  • MY INSURER believes that THE MEMBER and its USER (someone that has downloaded the app following the invitation of THE MEMBER) will benefit from the opportunity to purchase online and directly insurance product in Singapore.
  • A USER of the app may be invited or may have have the opportunity to buy an insurance using  “Quick Buy” functionality.
  • Quick buy functionality allows any users of the app to purchase limited, simple, little underwritten products that differ from the range of insurance products


 The members agrees the following:

  1. THE MEMBER authorises his policyholders, prospects and any of his users that have downloaded the app of MY INSURER to use the app & solicit or purchase via "Quick Buy" the insurance product  
  2. THE MEMBER authorises MY-INSURER to collect the necessary data to issue the policy


My insurer will comply to the following:

  1. MY INSURER will not be allowed to solicit, promote, contact or communicate the user for any other purpose 
  2. MY INSURER agrees that the customer and its data belong to THE MEMBER at all time
  3. MY INSURER  understands and agrees that the data collected has been done via the effort of THE MEMBER to generate leads, translate this leads into insurance sales at the first place for THE MEMBER business
  4. MY INSURER agrees not develop and suggest any conflicting General or Life insurance that could create competition or misalignment with the first essence of the platform
  5. MY INSURER agrees not to directly or indirectly commercially use the data collected through the platform, or contact for up-sell or cross-sell prior to agreement from THE MEMBER or market any customer that was referred by THE MEMBER at all time.
  6. MY INSURER agrees to protect and not provide such data to any third party or affiliate company for the purposes of marketing
