As a Wellnex account manager, you can create new Benefits (title, type of offer, T&Cs).
Once the Benefit is created, on the screen "Membership Benefit Management", use the action button [Allocate] and then select the clients/members that you want to allocate the Benefit to.
The clients/leads will see the new Benefit in the Wellnex mobile app when they tap on the icon (card VIP).
