As a Wellnex account manager, you can create, delete, edit, allocate and deactivate Benefits associated to a membership card.
You will go to main menu module "Membership Benefit":
- use action button [Delete] to remove the benefit(s) that you have selected; you must first ensure that the benefit(s) is no longer active on any Wellnex member. You need to deactivate in each member the benefit card first.
- click on the underlined information to enter the editing screen.
- click on action button [Allocate] to bring up a screen where you can select members in a list with filters.
To deactivate a benefit card, you must go to each member record and set the switch to Deactivate. You can access the members by clicking on the figure in the column "How many allocated".
